We at Halton Linen Outlet are sure that you will enjoy our product after you have received it, however if it is not what you had hoped it would be, you may return it to us all we ask is that you follow these simple instructions. 1. Email or telephone us to let us know what it is that you would like to return. 2. Return the product to us within 30 days unopened. 3. Return it to us Registered Mail “prepaid” with insurance to the dollar value of the merchandise. The Insurance will cover you against a lost or misquided parcel, as we cannot be responsible for these items. 4. We will notify you when we have received the parcel and then process your return.
